Why would Jesus have looked like some redheaded white girl? Like, if you're saying it's because she's Jewish, Jews have a long history in Eastern and Northern Europe. And Israel only has the whiteness it does today because of British imperialism. The story of Jesus takes place when most "white" people were random bands of groups trying to stay out of the Roman empire. Like, the ENTIRE ROMAN EMPIRE was between "white" people and israel. I mean obviously depending on your definition of white.

Jesus would have looked straight up Arab. On this specific topic though, and please forgive my rambling, to my understanding the reason many of the earliest depictions of Christ was white, perhaps even blonde and blue-eyed, was because the Romans depicted some of the earliest images.
