Is it possible for non muslims to understand the logic and common sense of Muslims?

From Muslim men in Pakistan who abduct girls and rape them and forcing them to convert to Islam only to be married by force and never to be seen again by her parents because of some sick interpretation of the Quran. When a Muslim girls face is deuced in acid for falling in love with a non Muslim man who's family would rather kill than have her shame the family.

When I look at Islam and it's people I often can't come up with any other world religion that comes remotely close to the screwed up things that people pull out of that demonic book. Jewish, Christian, Hindu, Budist etc... there is not one that comes close to what Islam can do. You want to rape a child, no problem it's right there and yes was not too long ago during the Armenian genocide where women and little girls were not spared or sold for rape to Muslims in Arab countries. Most recently ISIS.

From a Muslim's ground to earth with all logic and common sense how can someone still follow a religion that has so many issues. I just can't understand how Muslims in general can follow Islam and turn a blind eye and walk like it's just another day working for ISIS. I just think Muslims in general are just brain washed, they don't know any other thought process because the Quran teaches how people should live there lives and only within the strict interpretations of Sharia law. There is no But's or If's in Islam. Life or Death, no in-between. This is a big problem for Islam I just only wish that most Muslim could open their eye's wider to see what's beyond there little black box called Islam. However Muslims leaving Islam would mean certain death if I am correct.

Well, the problem with all religions is that as it is all based on inconsistent bullshit everything becomes open to interpretation.

The people at the top of the pyramid scheme dont care about the details of each individuals personal belief or interpretation so long as they keep putting their money in the box or whatever.

Well, they simply pretend that those people aren't practicing the religion properly.

I have seen what religious people can be like when they are in a group at Bible studies or whatever; they all compete trying to come up with the best bullshit about what a particular passage in the text means to them, it becomes a status thing, who can be the most deluded religious nut bag.

I can understand religious nut bags but over all Muslim in general would be willing to drag a person from a home and poor gas on them and burn them alive for even uttering words that would insult their prophet Mohamed is beyond any human reason. There is no logical reason for that. Yes I do say that Christian had it's Spanish inquisition but Muslims can't seem to move beyond their religious beliefs.

Im not sure how true that is to be fair but understanding the mentality of such behaviour is actually not difficult and is most easily illustrated by high school children.

Humans are social creatures and in the wild being outcast from society is a death sentence.

So I suspect that in these sorts of scenarios you are describing what is most likely happening is that 1 or a very small amount of people who are inclined towards violence and killing, psychopaths and sadists etc are the 'ring leaders' and the group is conforming through peer pressures and not wanting to become a target themselves.

It is easy to claim to have principles when it doesn't cost you anything.
