I started recently along with praying and positive affirmations and certain things in myself and my life have been getting better.

For sure, because what you speak and declare over yourself has power.
It’s like imagine if you looked at yourself in the mirror everyday for a year and told yourself that you were fat, ugly and worthless - what would that person look like by the end of the year? Now imagine if you looked at yourself in the mirror everyday for a year and told yourself you were smart, beautiful and loved - what would that person see when they looked in the mirror?
