It's not possible.
If I were to 'convert' to christianity (for example) because my partner was christian, I'd only be paying lip service to his religion. As opposed to actually believing his religion was true.
Religion isn't a choice, you can't just convert because it's convenient. It requires that you actually be convinced that a religion is true.

My wife's Buddhist and I don't try to convert her away from it. I actually consider it a good thing that she's Buddhist since she's extremely positive and good-natured and I think in large part because of Buddhist teachings about inner peace and happiness.

I'm into Stoicism which is similar although we don't believe in reincarnation.
