No, that's not racist. But it is bigoted. Atheists have no problem with believers as long as they keep their beliefs to themselves. But mostly they don't. They want to use the power of government to force others to behave according to their beliefs. In the US Christians wants the public schools to promote Christianity. They want to display Bible verses and other Christian symbology on public property while excluding other beliefs. When anyone objects, they often become violent.
