Why is life so hard?

I ask myself that question all the time too. But it’s not that life is hard. It’s your perception of life. Everyone’s life is hard probably not in the way you identify hard, but essential everyone has problems. I always try to look at things in the positive way. Sometime it gets hard to look at things that way but if you want to have inner peace don’t let things hold you back for too long. It’s not healthy. Process what your are going through and ask yourself where are these emotions coming from and once you leave done that you will have a sense of relief.
