Reincarnation exists so your "self" persists. The inner warmth that you grow in response to suffering becomes an abundant gift once the suffering is over.

It's like hungry people can start crying of joy when served the same meal that another found too plain and cursed. Just extend this across thousands of years until the attitude of the spoiled and humble become like two different species. ㅤ
