How many days do you keep sabbath and how much do you avoid work when you do it?

I never rest a full day except a few times a year but I might rest for 8-12 hours out of the day and maybe 20 if you count my sleeping time and I don’t rest from work, I rest from going online or using my hands and fingers for non essential purposes like flipping to YouTube channels. I rest for biological reasons and not religious ones cause I can worship every day and don’t have to wait til sabbath and I rest on randomly chosen days and not Saturday or Sunday.

I don't have any vacation from I started PhD, so from 2016, and I usually worked also weekends, and also when no one paid me. So the answer is zero.
