On a scale from 1-10 how much do you like/appreciate Metaphysics?

the subject/topic of Metaphysics in philosophy that is..

10 = totally love it

1= totally hate it can't stand it

Most people don't know what that means, because it's not discussed in High School science or logic courses, and they are not required to take a Philosophy course in College. Even as much reading as I did when I was in High School, I didn't exactly know what the term "Metaphysics" meant until I took a college Philosophy course.

It literally translates to "Beyond Physics" and so in a certain sense String Theory is not a physical model, ti's a Metaphysical model. There's a higher level of metaphysical reasoning which is pure logic I the absence of physics, and this is the realm where God resides.

I'm very much a "10" on this topic.

2 or 3. I think people like to reference metaphysics in their discussions without really knowing what it means.
