What is having dreams in parables?

I think I'm having dreams in parables it started two years ago could God be trying to tell me something

I miss my nightmares... as soon as I started enjoying them, they stopped ;( I still have intense dreams, but not the same frequency as I used to and I dont die as often. As fucked up as it sounds, I think there's nothing more thrilling than waking up from a life or death sci-fi / fantasy scenerio dreams. I often write short stories about them or find ways of folding ideas into existing stories.

dreams are your mind pocessing your day and preparing you for scenarios that it deems most likely for you to need preparation for by simulating these scenarios. that's all dreams are. not more, not less.

well is there a problem in your life? something you're scared of? cause that's typically when you get bad dreams. cause your mind wants to prepare for the worst. if there's litterally no reason, therapy might be a good idea. if you're having recurring bad dreams, there's things you can do about that.
