Do you dislike people who try to glorify themselves?

Coming from a Christian background, I believe we are supposed to glorify God with our lives so when I find somebody who tries to compete with other people for attention, I feel personally robbed by them because they are stealing attention away from God.

Yeah through God all is possible and without God nothing is possible or even existing. However, I don't think it is bad to be proud of yourself for being meek toward the Lord. Being proud of you accomplish is okay as long as you understand that God made is possible. That's the problem most people don't know that.

Totally depends on what they want to glorify about themselves, but it's usually a turn-off.

God has attention and love for everyone, He gives everyone his individual attention. There is nothing anyone can do to get more or less attention from Him; he loves us all the same
