Vatican though that's not a country to me. There is also a small country (Don't remember it's name) only has 47 people living they are all so.
Then there is Russia which has tons of it.
If ya wanna know just look it up percentages of religious people or Christians in countries you can see the numbers over a census.
England in our case we've managed to grow our atheist population to the point Christianity is clearly dying.
In 2018 we've jumped up to 52% no religion which back in 2011 it used to be 25% so we have literally doubled the atheists in our country and Christianity used to be 60% now it's 38%.
@Cubus I thought it was Orthodox Catholic but okay it is Othodox christianty my bad. Though it has nothing to do with communism because fundamentally communism is against religion. The Communism party actively destroyed churches and prosecuted Christians. Along with many other religions.
And while Russia's communism is nothing like Marx's ideals, Marx does make it clear in his views that religion is an enemy to all mankind. So if you are Communist but religious then that's just very dumb.
And now Putin is highly against communism and he promotes the hell out of The Orthodox church since he see's it as useful though he's not actually religious himself. Which without looking into it I bet Stalin did a Samish thing because dictators know religion is a easy way to control people.
Even Hitler preached about God though he clearly was not a believer.
if you mean... actual Catholics that seem themselves a bit different from Christians
then those would be Brazil and Mexico and the Philippines, not only they are large populations but they also identified over 90% Catholics
if you want to go by percentages... then there is a little country in Asia called East TImor, up to 98% of their one million population are identified as Catholics
