Nope they are scam that play on your emotions using psychology the great Henry houdini spent a good part of his life and ended a friendship debunking that crap he even got his wife to do the same after his death by claiming he'll tell her a special safe word if one was ever real and no one ever replied with the correct words. Note he got into after a psychic claimed he could talk to his dead mom but the psychic didn't realize houdini was his stage name or something like that which tipped him off

I mean they can often be accurate, however in my experience they aren't good for emotional/mental health because they require you to spend your time focusing on the future instead of living in the past & trusting that life will happen exactly as you need it to.
