Your thought of law of attraction or law of assumption, or manifestation in general? do you have succeeds story of it?

I don’t discredit it. I’ve worked really hard to move towards my dreams, but also, there have been multiple events where it felt like the universe was aiding me in some ways. Interesting coincidences would happen that all would contribute to me achieving my dreams.


I believe one should always work hard for what they want. And if they are constantly thinking about their dream, working towards it, and feeling it. The universe just may be willing to lend you a hand.


Or, I could just be psyching myself out, haha.


You should pursue your goals, with or without the help of the universe. But if you want it badly enough, and are doing the work, coincidences may begin to happen that help you along the way. 🙂

I’ve wanted to have an amazing relationship and to become a successful entrepreneur.

I’ve met someone who has been the best SO I’ve ever had, we’re so close.

And, I used to work a minimum wage job.

Now, I work closely alongside a multimillionaire, I travel the world, I stay at 5 star hotels, and I’m learning everything I need to know to build my own business empire in the near future.

I’ve been dreaming and working towards my goals for 7 years and everything is paying off.

definitely work hard is a must. But what i just notice is how powerful mind is. When you try to manifest something in the right way, your brain start to work and planning how to pursue that, but the most difficult thing is when the negative thoughts attack. Its affecting moods and my productivity in general. Im working towards controlling those negative feeling, but damn thats a though work

What you describe sounds like the brain’s RAS (Reticular Activating System) at work. When we set our mind on making what we visualize into something real, and we have the necessary focus and emotional connection to that goal, our brain will eventually optimize in a way that helps us reach that goal faster.

So, the law of attraction may have some supernatural elements to it, it it may just be our RAS at work, or maybe a combination of both.

Either way, whatever we focus on will expand and grow and become. 🙂

Ah yeah, negative emotions and thoughts. What helps me with that is grounding exercises or mediation exercises. That helps me clear my negative thoughts and feelings so that I can replace those thoughts and feelings with ones that serve me.

During those exercises, I make sure to adopt the thoughts and feelings of who I want to become, the best version of myself.

In some ways yes. Kinda like reprogramming your brain. But also have to do some work. Like I was angry (still am) at the world when I was younger. Then I use to tell myself every day , that there's no point into being angry and throwing a fit. Especially that I'm a ice hockey goalie, I use to this my stick when I got dumb goals on me. I still get angry here and there , but I have way more control over it. I have social anxiety and been trying to convince myself not to be. It's starting to take. So it depends what you are trying to manifest. Like you can't manifest being rich if you just sit there chanting it lol.

how you try to control your anger or negative thoughts? is there any kind of meditation or self help?

Everyday, I would tell myself , no point in getting angry I only hurt myself. Just keep reminding myself. Meditation gives a nice boost. And more exercise. I'll still have negative thoughts. And sometimes I'll catch it , sometimes I don't. Feels like a long process in certain situations. But the more you keep talking yourself up everyday, the faster it will work. It was a on and off thing, until I got use to it. Could take months or years to really get it right. Which is the hardest part. As long as you never give up. And I've learned to be happy with lonely myself.
