No as humans, unlike any other created have Being. Being consists of a Soul or intellect that oversees a system and is transcendent. And, a a cogent and analytical mind or CPU that processes what is Soul or Intellect sent. And finally, a body which is morally overseen and restrained by our soul through conscience and an innate knowing of right and wrong when we see it. The brain process information from both Soul and body and simultaneously sends forth directions or intended behaviors/functions that body in turn does.
No other animal is able to function in the capacity as we are the highest created entity made way above animals, their impulses, and learned behaviors that are not cogent thought or accompanied by a conscience or knowing of right/wrong.
