Do you believe in the vibration subliminals that give happiness, peace and self-confidence on YouTube? Even if there is no such thing, does believing in it show good results as an affirmation?

Subliminal messaging is stupid because people have different interpretations of imagery. For example the image you posted looks like a demon hand reaching out of a dark portal and withered plant that is devoid of life. It promotes a message of this guy who posted it is rotten like a piece of old fruit. Is that the message you wanted to send? I doubt it.

i think happiness, peace and self-confidence are decisions youc an make for yourself. if certain stuff helps you do that, good for you. but i think ultimately it happens in yourself, not from the outside.
