A married minister that never comes home?

A minister at my church has a family, but he stays at the church house every night alone. Is it bad I think this is strange? I would feel lonely and weird about my husband stay elsewhere for weeks at a time. Is he lying about something in his life? Can I trust this church? Also, he lives 1 hour away. How does he stay close to his wife, especially if he is wanting sex and vice versa. Is this something most pastors and ministers do?

My granddad was a preacher I hate preachers. I have so many bad experiences. As well as some of my friends. Older people told us just because of the preacher you can't give up on God.

Some religions allow priest marriage. I think it's healthy. I'd want to be with my wife each evening/night, but sex is not all that there is to love. A lot more exists, trust, faithfulness, loyalty included.
