I was baptized with my Cousin, Christine she was a year old, and I was 6 months old, and we were Baptized Methodist Church of Monongahela But I believe we could have been dedicated not to sure I might want to choose another Church not quite sure of things in life to bring.

@strateguy632 All sorts of people are "religious". It doesn't make them a good person. Did you know 70% of people in American prisons for murder and rape convictions identify themselves as "christians"?

Ironically, most people who identify themselves as "religious" or "christian" do not evne know the basic tenets of their own self-identified religion. For example, 90% of Americans who identify as "Christian" deny Jesus and have never even read 2 books of the Bible and cannot even name 2 books of the Bible... this is according to a Christian Science Monitor poll a few years ago.

@strateguy632 It is because major religions are too specific to be correct, but we still don't know how the universe came to be. No matter what you think of them, it's the most peaceful group among all kinds of faith (only talking about how faith impacts hostility towards others).

But basically everyone who is religious/believes in a god debates non-believers as wrong. That's nothing new. It's a good thing really, means that you have more confidence in your own faith.

I've been shown three hurricane landfalls in the USA this year and all of them are pretty bad, but i was also shown the Australia Cat 5 hurricane landfall and predicted it correctly a few years ago.

@slatyb I've already told you I had a Divine Dream one time that my sister's cancer was cured and saw an Arch-Angel tell me this, and the next day we got the results from the doctors and my mother told me my sister's Stage 3 Hodgkin's Lymphoma was cured. Stage 4 is Death. That was in 2017, which she was first diagnosed a little over a year prior to that.

@strateguy632 I belong to India. There's a lot of biddah (innovations) done in the name of Islam like grave worshipping, celebrating 'shab-e-baraat' like nights, muharram processions etc. I came from the same background and grew out of it because I thought it was Islam. Then I read Qur'an and Hadiths myself then started following it.
I just follow the manhaj of salaf. Although it is not permissible to call yourself anything but a Muslim if you follow Islam. But to differ from the ahl al biddah (family of the innovators), I'd call myself a salafi. And Alhamdullilla, I have been able to influence my parents and family in following the true path of it as well.
