Allah is just the Arabic name for God. An Arab Christian says "Allah" instead of "God".

Islam is real and probably the only pure faith left in the world as it is simply a belief in one God, reciprocity and altruism.

You are "afraid" for the same reason a thief fears a policeman, even when he has nothing on them.

No, and no. There's no evidence for any sort of god being present in the world, no evidence for any sort of afterlife. When you discard the idea of a god being in charge, everything makes much more sense. Why do some people get cancer? Genetics and environment; or in other words, bad luck. Shit happens and the best we can do is try to avoid it.
