When someone dies do they become a ghost and haunt places?

When I was 21 I was in a major car accident and died on the operating table. I woke up and knew immediately by my surroundings that I was dead and was given the choice to move on to the afterlife and go back and fight to live knowing that there would be a risk of being stuck on earth. I chose to go back. I was floating in the operating room and watching my body on the stretcher flatline. Later, when I woke up in the ICU, I described to my doctor in detail what I saw and he said that there was no way I could see that because I described nurses that were behind me and I was technically dead. So, to make a long story short, ghosts or spirits do roam the earth. Some are good that made the decision to try to live and lost, and some are fearful of judgement and are evil. I am very aware of these spirits and have lots of experience with lights and electronics turning on and off and household items going missing and then showing up on furniture months later.

Have you seen a real ghost? If so then they are real, if not then there are no ghost.

i believe some supernatural stuff , but not that , despite seeing with my OWN eyes, ghosts! in harry potter film.
