Do you regularly attend church services every Sunday? how do you feel?

I Dallas for a while we attended a UU church. Unitarian Universalism is creedless -- there are no tenets of faith. It's a sort of church for non-believers. They are big in social justice.

Every day? We went occasional Sundays. Now we don't go at all.

@strateguy632 Principles are not dogma. There's. dfference between philosophy and religion. We walked there from our flat in University Park. My wife was in the choir.

The Nicene Creed: "I believe in one God, the Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all things visible and invisible. I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ..."

These are specific beliefs to be taken on faith with no supporting evidence.

The Principles of Unitarian Universalism:

1st Principle: The inherent worth and dignity of every person;
2nd Principle: Justice, equity and compassion in human relations;
3rd Principle: Acceptance of one another and encouragement to spiritual growth in our congregations;
4th Principle: A free and responsible search for truth and meaning;
5th Principle: The right of conscience and the use of the democratic process within our congregations and in society at large;
6th Principle: The goal of world community with peace, liberty, and justice for all;
7th Principle: Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.

These are ways of being in the world -- no faith required.
