The only one who can put a curse on anyone is God. I don't think a person can do that, except maybe when possessed by a demon. But for anything bad to happen to that cursed person, God would have to allow it. I don't believe in curses myself.

It depends what you mean by a curse.

Since Christ "cursed" the fig tree and it withered and died, and He told us we could do everything He did, in that sense yes, cursed do work. They're a matter of Faith - like moving a mountain into the sea. True Faith can see anything happen.

No. Negative self talk will affect you at a subconscious level. The only way someone can curse you is if they manage to convince you that the curse is real.
