I believe in it. But in a different way. I believe whatever u put out in the world returns to you somehow. Also i notice that whenever i did something good or bad it usually comes back to me one way or another. I think many laws in physics focus on that. For Every action their is a reaction

No. It's quite the opposite. I don't know what country it might be must definitely not in the USA. True Karma isn't what most people believe anyways. It's related to reincarnation. If you step on a spider you are reincarnated as a spider meaning Adolf Hitler is now Jewish.

Karma only finds me when I do something wrong or when I try to stand up for myself to people who treat me badly (I often ignore it)

But karma somehow never finds the people that treat me badly. So no.

It seems to me the universe likes balance. You see it everywhere in the natural world. With this in mind I do think that largely Karma will balance things out as well.

I think that Karma is like The Rule of Three, It states that whatever energy a person puts out into the world, be it positive or negative, will be returned to that person three times. Some subscribe to a variant of this law in which the return is not necessarily threefold.

I do believe in karma but I feel if you do something good and takes a while or something not as great pays you back. If you do something bad something bad can happen to you or you feel guilty.
