He's not- that's just how He's drawn. Remember that pale skin evolved as a response to living in conditions with far lower levels of sunlight- and that none of that applies to God.

God the father has no race, God is an entity and a forever being, if you mean God in human form aka Jesus, he actually wasn't white, he was from Jerusalem Israel so the chances of him being white are extremely slim to none, he was most likely middle eastern. re-state//background_color_rgba (0, 0, 0, 0), font_color_rgb (77, 77, 77), justifyLeft

God is God. No one knows what he looks like. People who draw their gods draw them to match themselves or their culture/country. Asians will draw their god Asian (Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, etc), African countries have gods with darker skin tones, it's just how people view their god.
