Nah, Americans don't understand irony.
But that is a discrimination case waiting to happen. A business cannot openly discriminate against any one group.
All it will take is a Jew to turn up to "buy a tree" and that whole land is getting handed over as compensation for being "antisemitic" and engaging in all sorts of "isms" besides.

  A lot of non-Christians do OBVIOUSLY! Do you really think retailers give a damn about religion? It's all about $$$. These idiots are offending potential customers. All you have to do is SELL Christmas TREES TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BUY ONE!
