Nah, Americans don't understand irony.
But that is a discrimination case waiting to happen. A business cannot openly discriminate against any one group.
All it will take is a Jew to turn up to "buy a tree" and that whole land is getting handed over as compensation for being "antisemitic" and engaging in all sorts of "isms" besides.
The Christmas tree is a purely christian invention from 15th century Europe, specifically germany.
