If that's how you expect Jesus to look you have a very warped imagination. Take that shroud and then compare it to what would happen if you actually put a piece of cloth over a person. The actual image would be much more distorted than the one in the shroud. The shroud is fake.
Nope, cover yourself in powder or mud or anything that stains and then imprint yourself onto a clean surface, that's how accurate I believe this probably is to the actual appearance that made the imprint

There are debates if this shroud is real or not, a lot of scholars are saying that this was done in the dark ages or at least that's what the carbone date stated
It's how I would expect a rendering of Jesus in the 14th century to look, since that's what it is.
