That is called circular, a flaw in logic that relied only on its own assumptions. Probably a claim by primitives before year 900.

If they rephrase, the DESIGN observed in animal, indicated a DESIGNER, that would be logic and a science hypothesis.

Depends what you mean by "scientific". As toothpaste is "scientifically formulated" - which just means someone who knows what they are doing, researched it. But obviously that doesn't mean much as half wits could have made it, packed it, marketed it, sold it and reformulated it since that first time.

Hence it doesn't matter if something is "scientific" as it isn't much of a yardstick in the grand scheme of things.

That's the opposite of scientific. It presents no evidence, only makes an unproven claim. We know quite a lot about the history of life on Earth. It's clear that all species arose from a common ancestor one or two billion years ago.
