For example, some people say that such individuals generate a "love-glow" that others can feel, and they want to hug you.

All that stuff is imagined. We can't really SEE anything besides emotion... and even emotion, most don't notice anymore , since new generation people nuke its brain , with too much screen radiation! Then they NEED to "over react to everything" just to get noticed.

You could say that it's free from mental burdens and turmoil, at peace with yourself and the world around you. Or somebody who possesses some kind of profound wisdom and clarity of thought. You would have to be both of those things to be truly enlightened
