Do Jesus’ teachings on true and false prophets apply to all religions?

Jesus said a good religious guardian produces useful ideas and a bad religious guardian produces useless ideas, and you could know whether a guardian was righteous or not, by how useful or useless their ideas were.

Like there was a YouTube video online that accused a black celebrity of blasphemy and false interpretations of Judaism.

Whether that is true or not, the dedication to vilifying and publicizing their undesirable behaviour, serves no other purpose than to increase hate and rage, and hatred does not increase your chances of going to Heaven.

Rage bait, hate bait, inflammation bait, offensive bait, has no spiritual benefit, and is useless knowledge. That is not from a righteous religious guardian.

A righteous religious guardian, teaches kindness, teaches discernment, warns against bad behaviour, enables you to live obediently by giving you the mental and spiritual tools to do it, heals you when you are weak, instead of punishing you or judging you for your weakness.

By their verbal usefulness, you will recognize their motives and wisdom.

Yes. The thing is, no matter how good we try, it is out nature to make mistakes. Similar with religions.
