How does Proverbs 31 portray a woman of valour in Jewish thought?

Some men think women are weak hamsters that require babying, but the Jews believe that Proverbs 31 defines the woman, as a woman of valour, meaning, she is bold, mighty, brave, ambitious, and opposes those who oppose her moral beliefs.

A man posted an extremely good video online today saying the Hebrew word used to describe woman as the helper of man, meant, she was the one who was strong when her man was weak, the one who plays gps when he is lost, the one who plays nurse when he is sick, the one who plays lawyer when he loses his voice etc…,

The woman is meant to be suitable for him, and she is made by God for her helpful role, which means, her personality is compatible with his unique situation and context.

Some men choose women that were not meant for them, because of beauty, charm or wealth, but the one that is designed for you, will be strong enough to handle your problems, and your emotional needs.

I think our bodies and minds are at war. A dramatic war. But the victor doesn't matter as long as the heart doesn't win.

Our nervous system is wired to reenact the trauma of our parents. And we run on a hamster wheel of ideologies excusing what our nervous system is making us do.

For example i always thought i should maybe enslave myself with a tracking app to let my partner see my location at any time, and even see and hear through my phone and even have an artificial intelligence grading my behavior and sound alarm if i am not being loyal. I want to be a good boy.

Well, it is painful, sickening and dark to think about.

But my parents had a thing with trust issues and so my nervous system thinks that such an extreme is the only way to safety. And then? Since it is a reenactment of dark trauma, the truth is even then there will still be trust issues.

In reality trust is one of the most beautiful parts of a relationship.
