My personal note*** You have to admit God has a sense of humor.
I believe we have divinely appointed hours. However. Enough materialism absolutely can sever off this plan, nothing divine will not stop anyone from chaining themselves to earth if they try hard enough.
If you treat the body like a machine, it will become a machine, and machines aren't alive. ㅤ
Just genetics. Him having it isn't the same as some drunk ghetto slob having it. His gut is messed up but you have to realize what's sitting on top of his spine. He'll read volumes and tinker eith his diet. He's capable of earning incredible amounts of money. He can visit doctors all over the world till he eases his symptoms. He's also smart enough to adapt to having a disease like that. He won't run out and buy crack or meth to smoke away his problems. He'll just say I don't feel good today and adjust his schedule. You can't just knock a man like him down with a nasty gut condition.
I wouldn't think much of it. No one can have perfect health all of the time. No matter how hard he tries, age will eventually catch up as it does to everyone.
I had not even heard of this guy until this post. He looks like he is in good shape snd if he has that sort of money then he has plenty of resources to get top quality medical care.
I think the point is that no matter how hard to try to keep in the best health, things can still happen. He could fall and break an arm. Does that mean he isn't doing everything he can to avoid health issues? Certainly not.

not surprised at all!
I saw his documentary on Netflix and I was intrigued with his fitness level and how young he appeared.
however I knew something was off when he revealed that he takes +250 a day, and even prescription drugs to keep his physique.
the fact that he also looks too pale and androgenic was always a dead giveaway.
I might be exaggerating but I think his website says its around there. I also remember in his documentary he had a 5 foot shelf stack with all the drugs and supplement he takes on a daily basis
I find it humorously ironic.
A guy named Jim Fixx started the jogging craze. He died at 52 while jogging due to a heart attack. His autopsy showed severe blockages in his heart.
A guy I travelled with on business chastised me for not working out and went for his run while I enjoyed a beautiful morning at a quiet sea side hotel in Vietnam where Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie stayed at they say. Anyway, 18 months after that trip, his wife blew a hole in the back of his head for cheating and leaving her.
Live your life. Enjoy!
Oh and one more. A guy I would meet at professional meeting with meals also chastised me for what I was eating as it was greasy. Yeah, he died too of a heart attack about a year later. They found him alone in his apartment while I was in my hime with my family I am sure. He was around my age and that was 15 years ago.
@exitseven Jack was a cool guy. Well ahead of the pack with regards to whole foods. My grandmother lived to 92 and she ate and did whatever she wanted. She did drink a hot tea with lemon in the mornings though. Her husband was thin as a rail and he died at 78 or so. My niece was 8 and life barely begun when she died. My best man died in his 30s of MS after dropping 60 pounds. Our Maid Of Honor had an aneurism walking her dog in her early 40s. It’s a crap shoot and the best you can do is improve the odds a few percentage points and hope that you don’t have an accident.
Gotta love it when these technology frat boys, high on their own supply, wallowing in hubris they are utterly blind to, get served a heaping helping of reality courtesy of basic biology and the universe at large.
Sure dude, it's estimated that in human history 117 billion people have existed. No one has ever made it anywhere near age 200. But you're gonna be the first. This is not focus and determination, it is delusion and obsession. Sorta sad and pathetic actually. it's not like he was actively trying to do anyone any harm.
This had to be a hard wakeup call for Technology Frat Boy.
Gods must have a sense of humour, in fact all types of humour possible since they're all mighty...
This guy seems obsessed with his own idea about what life should be. Every obsessed person I met live a bizarre life. Since obsession implies intense rigidity, they're also quite difficult to interact with lol
Sucks for him I guess. It seems he's been wasting $2 million a year for nothing. I'm a couple years younger than him, I spend zero dollars a year on my health, and I have absolutely no health problems.
I don't have a problem with what he's doing. But it's the extent he's doing it. I mean like light therapy for 6 minutes a day etc., etc. You add it all up and he wasting his life to live longer. Ya know what i'm saying? It's life he can live it how he wants. And trying to live healthy and take care of yourself is just good advice. But this borders on obsessive control to me.
I just put in the wisecrack at the end because it's ironic to me. I don't wish bad on anyone.
Light therapy doesn't make sense unless you live on a space ship and can't go outside. Everyone on Earth can easily just go outside part of the day, even prisoners. Go do something you enjoy. Garden, shoot some hoops, go fishing, play soccer, go to the shooting range, go kayaking, swim in the pool, or whatever. Just being active outside sometime in the morning or afternoon will get you your vitamin D and keep your circadian rhythm in line for free.
I think that guy is an idiot. You can be the healthiest person ever and still die long before 100 from numerous diseases. Longevity is in your dna, you can’t cheat or change that yet. Maybe in a 100 years from now, but we’re nowhere near that level of technology yet
@Mark_Est no shit bird, I don’t even believe in a god. All that bullshit this rich idiot is doing isn’t going to make anybody live longer. You must be too stupid to realize that technology is not even close to figuring that out yet and that longevity is in the dna. You and this narcissist will be long dead before they figure any of that shit out.
While in reality.
Risk and Capital: Johnson invests millions of his own dollars and uses his own physical body to test experimental therapies. The critic risks nothing, staying completely safe behind a keyboard.
Data Generation: Johnson generates a massive, open-source pool of daily biometric data that anyone can analyze. The critic contributes zero data to the world, offering only personal opinions.
Cultural Shift: Johnson inspires people to take preventative care seriously and question bad baseline habits. The critic reinforces a culture of default compliance, treating modern unhealthy lifestyles as the norm.
The Outcome: Johnson's actions have real consequences. If he succeeds, humanity gets a roadmap for living longer; if he fails, he serves as a warning. The critic's comment changes absolutely nothing for human progress.
Conclusion, you are the loser.
You sure sound brainrotten.
Think about what you are saying and bitching about.
Some dude living his own life, his own way. Not hurting anybody, spending his own money and time on something that will benefit medical field and is already benefiting.
That is what you spend your free time bitching about. Where do you live, isn't your country way more f'd and should perhaps direct your attention there.
Or are you at that age that all you do is just bitch and whine about what others do with their life? Now that yours is pretty much over.
The real question is did he get it naturally or cause it.
What i take away from the bio hacking is that its kind of like buying a new car and looking after it so you have it for a long time. If you ever look at people before 2000 they might be 20 but look 40 and die at 55.
it is not deadly. maybe he believes daoism= taoism?
I think...
that one must be quite an idiot to want to see this world for too much longer.
If 70 or so years aren't enough to live a meaningful life, then 200 or so will not make much of a difference.
I had to look up biohacking because I had no idea what it was. Turns out it's just doing commonsense stuff to look after your health. If that's accurate then I'm a biohacker myself, but I don't aspire to live to 100, let alone 200. Your life expectancy depends as much on genetics as it does on lifestyle.
I watched his Docco , if no accident he will live for a very long time , he looks incredible, and great discipline.
Unless you can figure out how to stop the aging process there’s no way he can do that
No way he can CURRENTLY do that. I think that's the point. They say i first person to live forever is already alive. Essentially it goes like this with medical technology (Crspr and such) in 50 years. You'll be able to live to a 150. So if you were 10 now you'd be 60. In more years. You could live to 250 and you'd be 110. In 50 more years you could live to 500 and you'd still only be 160. In 50 more years. You'd only be 210 but you could live 1000 or more years.
I'm not saying i believe or agree with this. I'm a firm believer we're here as long as God wants us to be and not a second more. I'm just sharing what medicaly technology is suggesting for the future. Clearly this guy's trying to be on the cutting edge of it.
Only if you have good genetics, can you even live till your 90s in good shape but most people only seem to make it to their late 70s or 80s if they take care of themselves, no matter how good our medical technology is they just can’t stop the aging gene
Oh i here ya. Males in my family don't make it to 60.🤷♂️ i know this all too well with genetics. But that's why i brought CRSPR. Because with it they starting to be able 5o edit genes. So future generations will have less of this problem. Question is what can of worms that'll open up long term. As @exitseven said "when you mess with mother nature it has a tendency to mess back".
Wow, that sucks that they don’t make it to 60. It seems to be the reverse on my Mothers side since no one made it to 60 except her brother made it to 68 but on my Fathers side they do a lot better and I’m going to be 60 in a few weeks and most people can’t believe it because I don’t look it or act it and everything works good still, probably because I’ve had a blue collar job the whole time
All we can do is eat healthy, exercise, and have a good outlook. But the fact is some people can smoke like a chimney and live to 100 and others are super fit and die from some oddity,
I think that if you mess with Mother Nature she has a tendency to mess back,
@exitseven An important rule for us guys to learn is that you'll never win fooling around with Mother Nature... Or any other female
It must blow for Johnson, but I'd LOVE a b. j. from a buxom blonde on my 200th birthday !!!
it goes to show that health is worth more than all the money in the world, cause once you lose health, it can never be bought back.
I'm sure God has a plan for all of us.
Karma bites hard...
His abdomen probably hurts.
He is a rich trash man. Whatever he try
