Why do some Christians call Harry Potter and Goosebumps demonic?

I am not even kidding the christian community are so obssede with calling everything evil.

Why? I have hear a lot of crazy christians at my work tell me they throw crap in the trash because its evil or demonic. I even hear a christians saying that Disney is demonic.

There's a certain type of Christian who isn't happy unless they have something to condemn. They counter their own deep insecurities by claiming moral superiority over regular people. Including the kind of kids and failed adults who like Harry Potter.

Well it's also just a crap story after book 1

I mean it goes from being an upbeat story of whimsy to some depressing political ideology story 📚 📖 that gets literally darker each film each book

So clearly depression is the work of evil 🖤 🐈‍⬛

Because they involve sorcery and the supernatural. I always find it weird when Christians/Catholics say believing in magic and the supernatural is taboo, when literally their entire religion centers around that
