We have been chatting for ages now. He regularly sends me voice messages and we video chat on occasions. A couple a weeks ago he sent me a video, so something funny. I sent him one back and he said to me he was having second thoughts, as it was just too far. Anyway, he's carried on messaging me with voice notes etc. He texts me everyday and when l go out he get protective over me. He is off work for a couple of weeks now and he is travelling 30 miles out of his way to come see me and have a brew. I said to him, I am impressed you ain't expecting anything more than a brew and his response was, 'yeah, I friendzoned you after that video' so I replied, 'why travel 30 miles to come see a girl you never met to have a brew and say hi?' All he responded was. I am not joking. He is a very dry person, but I found it odd that he is willing to come see me, if he just sees me as a friend. What do you think?

My ex and I met about 4-5 years ago when he sat in front of me during our high school graduation by staring at me but we never spoke. Then the following summer, we had gotten the same job. We started interacting with each other all summer, and surprisingly went to the same college. A forever romance right? WRONG. I had ended things because I was being treated like trash like embarrassing us in front of my friends, and he confessed that he cheated on me as well. He apologized for his actions, asked for a second chance, and I gave it to him out of hope.

Then, we finally started having sex which I was hesitant about but I wasn’t sure how else to keep the relationship going. That lasted for about 5-6 months before he ended it saying “I only gave you the time of day so I could say I had sex with this specific ethnicity” and left. He ended up showing at my workplace a couple of years ago, and smiled at me. I didn’t smile back, and it bothered me so I messaged him on another social media account telling him off and he apologized for everything that had happened. I blocked him on that outlet and thought that was it since we’re both in different relationships now. I created this new social media outlet for graduate school and he sent me a friend request on there so I’m not sure if I should accept it or not. What do you think?
