There’s this girl that I follow on Instagram (she accepted the follow request as her account is private before I saw her in real life). I saw her in real life where she works and because I recognise her I look at her sometimes.

Thing is she’s been staring at me a few times even before I knew she was on Instagram. Even some other people who work there look at me because I look different to most people
I also have social phobia. And yes, I think she’s adorable and cute how she is. She’s 19-21 years old. She’s been really shy and hides behind things and looks at me sometimes. But she’s been friendly with small smiles. She observes what I do sometimes as well. I've seen her looking from a distance.

Now I saw her yesterday and I looked as I normally do but then she started to stare at me in front of all the customers and I’m pretty sure she made an announcement over the speakers but it could be not related to me at all, probably isn’t

Cut a long story short I saw her again and she kept staring but was almost sulking. Question is why does she act like this towards me and should I talk to her? She sounds very immature to me and is a bit annoying but I don’t know what to do. I’m confused

bare in mind I wear expensive clothes while most people there don’t and bare also in mind the context
