We went from meeting, to friends, to hooking up pretty fast but slowly slowly we've become more to each other. He told me honestly when I asked him, he was having sex with others before we became exclusive. He was honest: "we're not dating; I can do whatever I want." When I told him it hurt me that he got with someone else he was very apologetic and he told me he wouldn't do it again. Now that he says we're exclusive I'm so paranoid. Even though he's always in contact with me, I worry that he's cheating. I worry constantly. I get jealous, I get mean, I act unstable because I'm afraid he's lying. He's so kind to me when I act like this. He tells me he'd never hurt me. He tells me if he'd known I wanted to be exclusive earlier he would've been exclusive. He says he's sad that I'm sad and that he wishes he could hold me in his arms at that moment. Every time I feel guilty. He's unfollower all the half-naked women he used to have on instagram "from when he was single". He realized I didn't like the constant drinking and has been trying to slow that down. He's trying to quit smoking because I told him he needed to take care of himself. There are no signs that he's cheating. He is so respectful of me and patient with me and appreciative of me and he tries to prove to me that he genuinely cares about me and wants a future with me. I know I have no reason to think he's cheating. But I'm so anxious. I'm afraid one day I'll have nagged him too much and lose him.
I hate hurting him and picking fights because I'm scared. How do I get over this paranoia and let it go? I always regret the accusations and the mistrust but I can't help how I feel and I end up lashing out. Any advice?

Regardless of their ages. in my personal opinion for a man is much easier to remain single for a long time and for them is irrelevant to live alone and have fun on their own in comparison to women.

For example, if a man is lets say single he is not dating or even have a girlfriend he could walk out on a bar alone and inmmediately start making Friends adn even if the guy goes alone to a bar and start picking ip some chicks to take home or to have sex with ( a total stranger to put and example) . Noone will judge the guy for that action, people judge the lady instead and could say "she is there to whore around) but why people do not judge men?
If a woman enters a bar by herself and sit and start to drink or eat something, not only is dangerous for being a woman per se but people could asume she is a lady from the streets and it is there to pick up guys.

Then for a single woman I believe it gets a bit difficult to make Friends as quickly as single guys do.
Guys do not have to worry of remain single his entire life, they dont get pregnant they dotn give birth, their clock is not ticking nowadays in this era, they seem to lost interest in marriage and committment on the contrary a woman hits a certain age and their clock is alrady ticking to see if she can get pregnant or not, most women still dream is to find their Price charming and marry cause that is the way women are taught since we were Little, even if now times had changed on that and most women marry late or no marry at all or no have kids anymore.

For example for me it is very very hard to make Friends or new Friends, in fact I dont have so many Friends and the ones I have are all married with families, the opposite as me.

I for one am not a fan of make up and I don't see what's so disgraceful about it, yeah sure most of y'all may be attracted to the perks of a put together face but still I just think the natural style is a style that shouldn't be so looked down on. I truly do feel very offended and limited every time I send a picture to a guy of my face and he takes off just because I'm not the doll face he expected. A "presentable" face isn't as important and beneficial as it's out to be.
It's a humongous world out there with highly likeable people and various ways to receive happiness other than the particular route of picking a single face. If looks were meant to be such a required and desired factor than wrinkles and gray hairs wouldn't have an existence.

Now would they?

So what if the girl has a clean face?
So what if the girl is old fashion and has beliefs?
So what if the girl is a lesbian or dike?

It doesn't matter people

Who cares about what a stereotypical person does and doesn't like?, if they hate it so much they should mind their own business instead of shunning the others for it like an object on an aisle

People are people

And each and every one of them has 1 chance at life so they deserve to be allowed to do whatever they please
