I met these 2 girls. 1 laughed loudly at my joke and started talking to me asking me to repeat it to her then later tease me after we talk by scaring me. She started butting in to my conversations finding any way to talk to me but can't directly start a conversation with me. After we have a conversation she does the scaring thing.
