For the past 18 years, I have had an extremely terrible diet; nothing healthy and constituting only on processed/ sugar foods. My parents tried to feed me fruits and vegetables, but with me being such an unreasonable child, they eventually gave up and just fed me things that would shut me up! I don't blame them; I was a brat and should have known better as I got older.

Another thing I should mention is I never did any sports/physical activities growing up either. The only time I did sports was if it was part of my physical education in school and even then I would pretend to be ill to get out of doing sports. Couple years ago: I had a realisation; I hated myself and needed to become healthier. I essentially fasted for months: only eating at meal times and eating very little at that. I usually woke up late (9-11am) so I would skip breakfast and wait until lunch.

While I did lose a lot of weight, I still wasn't healthy and I certainly wasn't desirable/strong. So I came to my senses and made big changes in my diet; eating healthier foods and I started attending the gym 4 times a week for the past 7 months... But have made little progress in such an amount of time.

Granted i'm an impatient man and I know very little about how the fit lifestyle works. But I started wondering why wasn't I seeing results? Was I doing something wrong? My cousin came up with an interesting theory: that because of my unhealthy past, it would take me longer to see results than others. While I could see that that being true, I still have my doubts...

Is it true? Will it take me longer to see results because I was so unhealthy in the past?

So the whole point of "heaven" is that it's supposed to be "good"... however, the idea of an absolutely 100% perfect eternal place above the clouds high up in the sky does nothing but make me sick. With all the places left to explore, including both nature and man-made buildings in other countries/cultures, why spend all of your life-time up in the clouds? And what's the fun of an absolutely perfect world with no sort of challenge? It seems like whoever made the idea of it just forced an idea of "eternal paradise" or something. Going above the clouds would be nice as a temporary thing, but not something permanent.

A better idea of an after-like in my opinion would be something that's more or less like life on Earth... both good and bad things and challenges. Just maybe more "advanced", with more stuff (maybe you can unlock super powers and it can be like a sport or something, or even usually fatal injuries can be treated in a snap), and maybe there's infinite space, and no one has to die anymore, and everyone who died on Earth is right there. And you can control your physical state at will, as long as you lived through it on Earth (also why suicide is not a good idea... kill yourself at 16, and you'll only be able to be a baby through 16 years old at will, not any older)... like let's be real, who wants to be like 85+ years old for all eternity? So that'd be nice. To be able to change from a baby to an elementary schooler to a teen to a young adult to a wise old person, depending on your mood.

That may kind of sound "perfect" as well, but the point of it would be that it's more advanced and better than life on Earth. But you'd still have to work, and no one would get anything for free. And there'd still be several challenges.
