This would be a well-thought-out creative romantic idea by a man in his vision of how he would want to propose to his girl, aka his fiancé and future wife. This once-in-a-lifetime man falls in love with a woman who he feels is perfect for him to spend his whole life with, and the woman herself is loyal, faithful, and loves him with all her heart and wants to spend eternity of sacred love with him. So he makes it his plan that appears to be fantasy but becomes reality with his engagement idea to how he does it but kept a secret to do it after months of planning.

Do y’all think this would be one of the greatest proposals ever, or do you think it’s a bit lazy and chessy?

A panel of military experts suggested to Congress in 2020 that including women in the draft would be “in the national security interest of the United States.” Since then, Congress has repeatedly considered proposals to make the change, but they have all been scrapped before becoming law.

Women have since 2016 been allowed to serve in every role in the military, including ground combat, and there is some degree of bipartisan support for the idea that they should also be required to be subject to the draft

Other right-wing Republicans were quick to link the proposed addition of women to draft registration to what they argue is a trend of progressiveness run amok in the United States military. Senator Josh Hawley, Republican of Missouri, called it another “woke” decision being imposed on the nation’s armed forces.

“We need to get reality back in check here,” Mr. Hawley said on Fox News. “There shouldn’t be women in the draft. They shouldn’t be forced to serve if they don’t want to.”

The proposal for automatic registration has generated less controversy. Proponents argue it would streamline and lower spending for an agency that spends millions of dollars a year reminding citizens and residents of a certain age that registering is required by law.

I'm personally for it. I think its idiotic and will crash the economy. Also, even though hardly anyone is 100% black in the US. I suppose it just means if you identity as black, it counts.

The idea is that it will end racism. Seems this will do pretty much the opposite. But i say, let's do it! I want to watch

Sen. Rick Scott (R-Fla.) on Friday changed his proposal to “sunset” federal laws every five years after Democrats and Republicans repeatedly pointed out that it could jeopardize popular programs like Social Security and Medicare.
Scott’s “Rescue America” plan now says that all federal legislation would sunset every five years “with specific exceptions of Social Security, Medicare, national security, veterans benefits, and other essential services.” It previously included no such exceptions.

“The very idea the senator from Florida wants to put Social Security and Medicare on the chopping block every five years I find to be somewhat outrageous,” President Joe Biden said in Florida last week, continuing months of relentless criticism of Scott’s proposal.
