Sheriff's detectives said the underage victim was living with Turner at the time of the alleged abuse, though they are not blood relatives.

The teenager said it started just after he moved in. The report said Turner would get him high off marijuana and sexually abuse him. He told officials the abuse would happen at night or when he came home from school.

The alleged victim said it happened over 20 times in a two- to three-year period. Officials said the last time it happened was in July 2018, when Turner became pregnant with the teen's twins.
