So I have two really good chairs at work. One, I brought from home, and the other I actually ordered myself online. I was using the older chair until the new one arrived and then, I put my older chair in the break room.

Both chairs are not cheap; they are large high-end "board executive" chairs, which in US currency, would be about $150. But the older one was used and someone gave it to me. The older chair was in the break room and I still used it, about every other day, although the break room is mostly empty.

Today, some coworker dude took my chair. I had to track it down and found it in his classroom. This is a teacher from another department, who teaches high schoolers, so even though we work in the same place, I don't even know this guy's name.

I confronted him about it, and he said he asked our boss about it, who didn't know who it belonged to (which is accurate; he's too busy to know such things) before taking it, assuming it "belonged to no one" or an old coworker who was no longer here. I told him it was mine, and he could use it, but to just make sure not to break it or mistreat him.

However, I don't really want him using my sh*t. There are MANY different chairs in here, most of which are simple student wooden chairs. There's also some basic blue office chairs in here too, which are kind of crap. And some used office chairs.

The chair is already kinda old, so I think he'll end up breaking it.

But it's also a spare chair, as I bought a newer one in October. I still used it in the break room, but that's not all that important.

And he didn't ask to use it, although that may have just been ignorance on his part. But there are literally other chairs he could use around here, just none as nice.

How should I handle this admitted first-world problem?

So for the past two weeks, I was supposed to be planning a Christmas party and Secret Santa gift exchange at work. Last year, there was a female coworker who did this, but her, along with two male coworkers, left this year. Leaving just five of us original teachers left. But the boss wasn't getting back to me about it and kept ignoring me, including even Friday, as I need his approval with everything.

So I talked to him just half an hour ago, before leaving work, and he revealed to me that the other teachers aren't getting along with each other. I asked him if I had anything to do with it or if anyone was pissed off at me, and he said no. Me and him are the only male teachers left. So there's catfights and drama going on! I didn't even know this! I'm not always in-the-loop cause I'm not fluent in Korean.

But yeah. He told me due to the foul mood among the other teachers, the Secret Santa is canceled. We might still have a pre-Christmas party on Friday, but it'll be small and he'll take care of it to mitigate the drama going on and keep everyone friendly and polite.

This feels so weird to me, cause this is the first time that 1) there's drama going on in a job I'm working in, and it doesn't involve me, and 2) everyone likes me more than each other. I grew up in Philly, where hating everyone and plotting to get your coworkers fired was the norm. (Doesn't mean I did this; it's just what was the norm in that toilet of a city.)

Which also now means, it's up to me to "keep Christmas spirits up." *ME!* Have you met me before? I'm the f*cking Grinch! But I guess I gotta step up and be the one "let's all get along and be peaceful cause it's Christmas!" coworker, for once! So f*cking bizarre!

Anyway, do you get along with your coworkers?

Male Led Relationship: Just the usual traditional marriage where the man is in charge. The guy gets the final say while he is the one who makes the money and make the decisions. His wife is essentially his responsibility and she usually stays home and do the cooking, cleaning and raising of the children. He is basically the boss!

Female Led Relationship: This is essentially the reverse of the traditional male leader and women follow relationship. In the female led relationship the woman is in charge and have the most say at the house, she will most likely be the main breadwinner and her husband is her responsibility. Her husband might take up the traditional feminine job of being home maker but still she is the boss and have the final word.

Partnership Relationship: In this relationship there isn't really a main leader because both the man and woman equally have a say in the couple. This relationship requires more compromise but still both the guy and girl have the same amount of power so no one is the final decider.

So men and women in terms of finding a potential partner which sort of lady or man is in your mind?

Personally myself I prefer if me and my future girl compromise and share equal say and responsibility I don't favor this one gender lead and the other gender follow concept. I rather choose a partnership but what about you men and women which relationship look more appealing in your eyes?
