Since day 1 of training there has been non stop drama. Now I'm past my training time as they gave 3 weeks. I've personally gone to other trainers who've lied to my face and said I'm doing everything fine.
Today my sup spoke to me and was starting to feel the position isn't a good spot for me. She also mentioned I'm taking too many breaks, and not understanding in depth conversations to explain to people for my position.
I felt super bombarded today because I did felt I was being watched but that's okay. But now there's been many complaints that I'm taking too long of breaks or leaving without saying anything and not communicating which isn't true.
I've came to my sup for progress and she asked me why am I asking her when she's the big boss and should know everything.
Obviously I can't go to the trainers as THEY LIED to my face about everything.
My boyfriend thinks I'm being discriminated against because it seems I can't use the bathroom, and take short breaks and they are keeping me past training time.
There were going to let me go today.
Now I feel SUPER uncomfortable with EVERYTHING.

Are you working less than you should be? In the minds of your employer you being pregnant shouldn't affect the money you make them.
Sounds like they've trained you up for a month and now realise you are pregnant and want you gone. They can't say it so will try to make your life as difficult as possible. Your supervisor wants rid of you too because it makes her job more difficult and may affect her bonus. Usually companies will try to give employees enough rope to hang themselves with if they need to fire them for whatever reason or will make the job as difficult as possible so they quit themselves which they call natural wastage.
My advice to you is that you are there for a reason which is to earn money so don't take any of it to heart or over react. Join a union and get advice and start documenting incidents you feel might be bullying or harassment. The one thing I earned was you got to look after yourself in a job.
So tough it out, make you money and leave all the bullshit at the office and enjoy your time being pregnant.
They knew before I actually started. Apparently I'm taking too many and too long pee breaks and being on the phone when not on break. Taking too many breaks
There's your answer take less breaks. Don't be on your phone except during your break. As for pee breaks, drink less coffee or tea and be quicker.
I feel bad tho. Like they said I need more train iij ng in a subject too. I almost lost my job yesterday because they felt like what should be clicking should be. I'm surprised she felt this way cause I'm getting the hang of things. Everyone including supervisors and trainers reassured the team that we will be asking questions for a while if not 6 months after we get home. I'm on my 2ne week of handling everything by myself. I feel they are too quick to judge. I've even asked my trainers for updates and they all lied and said I'm okay and when I came to my sup she even asked me "why am I coming to her with updates" it's a joke and a mess here I feel... I told her I'm comfortable with you and that you should know everything... so...
Firstly, were you pregnant before the training? Are they even made aware of your being pregnant now? Seems YOU are the drama!
I was preggo before my start date and I told them weeks before my actual start date
Do your best to get along for now, but start looking for a new job after you have your baby.
