Search Results: dating a shorter person

Basically I like this girl but she's in another grade than me (yr 11/yr 12 in 2019). I understand that for couples this isn't really that big of a deal at all even in school, but in my school, all 6 six grades are sort of their own group and never really mingle with each other at all. I have talked to this girl before and we have similar interests, and at one point a couple of years ago she even liked me (but never told me because apparently she didn't want to pursue a relationship back then bout a year ago). Right now, I've only just realised I like her as well now, so I would love to get to know her better as well. I have already sort of indirectly asked her out (asked her to hang in the upcoming holidays, and she said she'd love to) but not sure how to approach (will it just come naturally? make her laugh? playful physical contact? etc) when I do see her. We don't talk much in real life nowadays due to us being in different grades but I do talk with her online every now and then.

Some of the things I notice in the cases where I sometimes come in contact with her either irl or online
- real fast to see my instagram or snapchat story (I have a respectable amount of followers and friends on both, pretty surprising)
- Doesn't start convos, but when we talk often sends longer texts than even I do
- A lot of our in real life interactions are me catching her looking at me or her catching me looking at her when I walk by
- when we do have short conversations at school, there's a healthy amount of eye contact when we talk about stuff (usually schoolwork, upcoming exams, etc)
- We have a lot of the same hobbies/interests (dance, going out to the same events, kpop etc)

I really like this girl and the fact that she used to like me (not sure if she still does but safer to assume not) gives me hope but the thing is that a lot of her friends tells me at least now she doesn't really look like the romantic/dating/relationship etc type of person. Any recommendations on what to do?
