So it is a long text today but you can answer in general.
For the record I am thinking that this might be the reason I am still single only brave girls approach me the others would give me a sign and then back off.
Here is the story, can you judge?
So, more than a year ago in KSA, at a hiking trip we were out as a big group plenty of new people I didn't know but I knew many (the orgrinzer and I had 8 friends of mine), I had to ride with other people as we had to go off road and there wasn't enough room with my friends, so we are in this car a guy and his father and one of my gym buddies, the guy doesn't know off road so I was guiding him through from the back seat as we had about 30km of off road suddenly as we too a stop to gather around a girl jump in the car and sits in the middle, first we introduce, I tell her that I would have to sit in the middle as I guide the guy cuz I don't want to bother you and keep leaning to the middle, she said it was okay, so as I amazed the passengers of how well I am good at knowing the off roads tips, we got to know each other well, and the girl kept close to me throughout the day, we hangout we did a hike and we got back, as they were Doing barbecue she was hungry but we had to wait till its done, and I was like "come with me" and I just stood there and asked for food and she was like "what !" everyone is waiting for food and you just go and ask and eat (as being the right hand of the organizer I had the right lol) we had a bit of argument about feminism and how the middle eastern men are and I was overwhelming her and won that lol, so at that day I preformed a couple songs on my guitar, and that was it.
The girl was all over me and she even took my number, but guess what.. She didn't call.
Is it that I was oveehmiling or inmidating?

This girl at work is driving me wild. she's perfect. Smart, pretty, funny, interesting, similar core values, all of it.

To keep it brief, the evidence FOR:
We talk a ton during work
We've gotten drinks after work, even just the 2 of us, normally to keep working but occasionally just to vent/hang (our jobs are EXTREMELY stressful)
I asked her to get a drink tonight, she said she was feeling too tired to go out.. then followed it up with a text "But I like drinking beer with you"

Evidence AGAINST:
Honestly, I'm pretty sure she's cooler than me.
She's rather introverted sometimes and super hard to read.
The talk at work is 50/50 initiated, but I initiate hanging out outside of work
We've both mentioned before that dating people from work is a stupid idea
Technically, our work doesn't allow dating between coworkers on the same project (and we have our #1 main project together).(we are the same level, its not weird like that)

The Setting
In the U. S. (specifically, "In North Carolina"), Election Day (Tue.) 06 November 2018 is at hand.

Despite that, N. C. citizens can already vote, even today: Mail-in/Absentee Voting just ended. (Sorry if you missed it!) One-Stop Early Voting (with same-day registration) already opened (Wed.) 12 October 2018 and ends on (Sat.) 03 November 2018. So, there's still time!

The Problem
People are already voting for/against the 6 proposed amendments to the N. C. Constitution. So, what's the problem?
