So, I was texting a friend of mine (actually discussing a MyTake; How to become attractive to women. How to stop fearing women. A guide for dudes who are UTTERLY HOPELESS with women. ), and how I have my own issues with women; mainly being short, ugly, dark, fat/obese, etc. (things I'm all somewhat okay with, aside from the height, but they are not).

And my internal struggle is whether I should give up women altogether, since it seems to be an effort in futility and a massive waste of time and energy, or keep trying to find someone special while working on improving myself (like the author of that MyTake said). Most of my improvement needs to come from within and focusing on being stoic and more calm and accepting with myself, and the outside world, which I kinda hate.

Really, I can't/don't want to, do both. I can either focus on myself and my own happiness, or seek love, companionship, sex, intimacy, etc, from women. I know people always say "you need to be fine with yourself first," but... That's kinda bullsh*t. And it's coming from people who already have a ton of self-esteem and generally zero issues with dating. On some days, I feel like the MGTOW crowd has it right all along and I should just focus on self-growth and happiness. And on other days, I'm just ridiculously lonely, and see how other people, who put in less than a fraction of the work I do on self-improvement, still have these happy, amazing relationships.

So I was discussing all of this with my female friend. And while she didn't give me an answer to the problem, because she's a romantic and loves love (and also a woman, so can't relate to what it's like to be alone indefinitely and unable to meet someone), she did tell me that line.
"25 to 33% of all women are bitches." Implying I SHOULD stop focusing on them.

And I can't exactly disagree. I know; in Current Year; you're NEVER not supposed to kiss women's asses at all times, but like I said, their asses aren't worth kissing.

An unattractive woman might not get any attention or favors unlike like her prettier counterpart. But she won’t get labeled a “creep” just based on her appearance either.

I’m pleasant to all women whether they are attractive or not (unless they give me reason not to be). But I’ve seen girls label guys “creeps” for no reason at all beyond just how he looks.

An impromptu question. Say you had a young child around the age of five or six, and they wanted a doll for their birthday. Would you give them a regular normal Barbie doll, or the supposedly "realistic" one? The child has no preference and just wants *a* doll.

I personally think this doll looks frumpy, overweight, and gross; and I *like* thicker women! But *this* doll looks horrendous; no one aspires to be mediocre in society. They could've made an Ashley Graham doll or an actual attractive-looking plus-sized doll. But it looks like they just used the first short, ugly, chunky woman who whined about Barbies and that this doll was made purely out of one individual's own ego.

The male doll is somehow even worse! A short, divorced soy-boy with Dad Bod and a receding hairline at age 30. This is seriously the most effeminate looking "male" I've ever seen made into a doll. I don't like to judge, but what the hell is this? This looks like something the mom would give the child out of spite towards the divorced father instead of actually letting him see his kid (s). "Here. He's close enough to your father. Have fun."

I don't have a problem with a different variety of dolls out there, but 1) these were made to spite Barbies and other types of "unrealistic body" dolls, hoping to replace them, so they were made out of malicious intentions, and not positive ones, because some feminists got jealous at a Barbie one day and find attractiveness and being cool to be "problematic."

And 2) I don't think "everyday people" look THIS bad. These dolls look sub-average. Worse than everyday people. And very specific, like they're modeled after someone, even if they aren't. But really, it's the first point that bothers me. They were made out of spite.

Anyway, which doll would you get your kid?

Given the whole stereotype of “creepy” guys on dating apps I rarely initiate flirty or sexual message on dating apps (especially if she’s much younger).

When I was in my 20s and more studly looking this was different. I can could be very forward and most women would play along with it. Some loved it, others were just entertained but a few unmatched me. But I did meet a few women and took things from there.

But nowadays in my late 30s I have less leeway to act this way. If I see an attractive younger owns I’ll usually message a question about her profile or pics. Start a dialogue to see if she finds me interesting/attractive or not. Then at some point I’ll drop hints that I’m very interested (flirtatiously). But I’m wondering if that’s too boring.

A lot of young men feel very intimidated by attractive women. Most of them avoid attractive women in fear of leaving a bad impression. A lot of young men feel like they're not good enough to even be within breathing distance of an attractive woman, and it's sad.

I'm wondering if women feel the same way when they see a very attractive man. I'm not talking about kinda attractive, I'm talking about STUNNINGLY attractive. Like a man you'd expect to see on a magazine cover.
