I am 30 and flat out broke. I don't own a home. The only true assets I possess is a sedan and an RV. I live in an apartment, and I will have to move back to my parents' home once my lease ends.

I am newly engaged and already starting off on a bad foot. I didn't get my first actual girlfriend until age 29, the woman I am now engaged to. I have been a software developer on and off for the past 4 years now. Sadly, my industry has been decimated largely due to the Xiden regime. To make matters worse, his regime started the process of terminating my social security benefits and Medicare his last 3 months in office, despite being unemployed since mid-July last year.

I didn't have the greatest past. I have a stalking conviction from 9 years ago. I ended up losing my EMT license in 2019 because of that. I have been in and out of hospitals for severe mental illness, and I was caught up in a pred sting 3 years ago. No charges or convictions stemmed from that, but there were collateral damages for sure.

Anyways, I am talented and highly skilled and poor as dirt.

I thought the 30s were supposed to be a time when a man is financially sound and successful in his career.

I want to find a super pretty nice girl.

I am 26 so I am thinking I should try when I’m 28.

At the rate I am going at 28 I would be so set in my career and develop a lot of skills, I would be muscly and fit, maybe more handsome with more style. Work on myself.

Then I could pick up a stunning nice girl 24 years old looking to settle down? Maybe they would take me more serious at 28 too.

I often think make achievement is better as it’s so essential. Being a successful man is the difference between being visible and noticed in society, no women or lots of women, respect or no respect, being appreciated or not being appreciated, being depressed or not being depressed.
It’s so important.

For women their success is good, but only good for her. It often makes her undatable if she’s successful financially/career wise.

Like would you choose something which pays very good at the expense of sacrificing something you really enjoy doing, but perhaps doesn't pay so well, and/or does not carry much prestige/respect as some professions do?

If a man goes far in career etc…. He gets respect, women all the rewards. Whereas for women there’s benefits but it’s nowhere near as essential as male success
