I say the Physicians Assistant. The coming model for a medical practice will have fewer doctors and more PAs. They will be in demand.
Airline pilot isn't the sweet gig it was years ago. I actually had a student that wanted to get out of the flying game and get into IT because he said it was a hard job that really did not pay that well.

Physical assistant seems the most practical of the bunch.


Commercial airline pilot is a great job but takes a ton of training and experience to build up and you usually need decent funds to do that in the first place.
