I have a huge crush on this one guy, we're friendly and we like to hang out and talk. Lately, he seems a lot more flirty, such as he maintains way more eye contact and stares at me much more frequently. My friends' notes he becomes much more nervous when we talk such as avoiding eye contact, nervous smiling. All of my friends are always asking me if there's something between me and this kid, and even the teachers say so too. He's a very nice yet sort of shy guy and he's average looking although I know of two other girls who like him as well. He loves teasing me and makes it a usual conversation starter. He initiates most of the conversations and usually seeks me out whenever he can. Although, there are sometimes where he completely ignores me and/or stares at me but doesn't say anything, however, he usually does ends up talking to me in the end. We're in different classes but he usually waits for me after class and/or walks with me to my next class. I have a gut feeling he likes me, however, I do feel like he is a flirt and social media makes me a lot more apprehensive. He comments really flirty emojis on these few girl's pages but they all have two things in common, they're way out of his league and/or they have boyfriends. He also has a lot of female friends too. But he doesn't completely ignore me either, he sends me these weird posts every 3-5 days but what irritates me is that when I respond he could sometimes continue the conversation but then sometimes doesn't. He also views my stories almost religiously. So what I'm asking is... does this guy really like me? Is he playing games? (Note: I try not to make it obvious I like him and sometimes play hard to get/ be mean to him) . Could he know I like him and be leading me on?

Last Friday my twin brother and I had a house party. It wasn't very big, there were only 11 of us. Of course, everyone was drinking, but no one was flat out drunk. I and one of my brother's friends started talking... well not really talking because it was more like tickling each other and joking around who's gonna win in the card game we were playing. We just had crazy good chemistry. We played spin the bottle combined with truth or dare (we are all 17-18 but still love the game) and we had to give each other a peck. It was all fine but after that somehow the banter stopped for a while. Then as the night progressed we went back to tickling each other and stuff, however, I and my friend started tickling him, so he tickled her back too. I guessed this was his way of flirting. There was another girl who I didn't know and she was the first one he would kinda get touchy with, but she was drunk and high so he just left it at that. A bit later we ended up next to each other on a couch and he was trying to get closer and our legs were touching, but not much happened. Everyone slept at our house, so the next morning we had breakfast and everything but we didn't have the chance to sit next to each other. Both of us were looking at each other and everything but it just felt a bit awkward. I was jamming out to the music and then he copied my moves and laughed at what I was doing but still, I don't want to think too much about it.
We went back to sixth form on Monday and we saw each other then and today as well. We waved at each other and he also gave me the eyebrow rase with a smile. Today at lunch he was looking over at me a couple of times, even though he was sitting with another girl (but not next to each other and they were both on their phones, so I'm not really worried).
I also found out that he invited my brother and me to his party next month. Does any of this mean he would be interested in getting to know me?
