Ok before the vast majority of you gun for the torch and pitchforks let me set the stage for you.

1. There would be no complications during childbirth.

2. Daughter neither got raped or has sex with relatives

3. Nothing is wrong with the fetus and will function outside the womb

4. There was nothing stopping her from buying condoms or birth control. Religious or otherwise.

5. She would not have to take care of the child and could put it up for adoption if she wished to do so.

In short there would be no excuse for her to get pregnant in the first place and no obligation to actually care for the child once it was born. She would basically be treating it as an inconvenient tumor that would get in the way of her nightlife.

Now I know many will say the chances of having someone be so innately selfish is slim, but my belief is if there is any chance that it could happen, assume it will.

So with all the conditions met and under the pretence that it would only happen after the abortion procedure would a family be wrong in disowning their daughter?

If you aren't ready for a child, don't open your legs. Simple as. Or if you're willing to take the risk of getting pregnant than you must face the consequences of that decision. I think it's wrong that women use abortion as a birth control (90% of abortions are done for convenience) and that they leave the clinic smiling.

Do women not have a heart?

Does this not upset them?

Do they not feel bad?

Any women that have aborted wanna tell me their story because right now I have such a negative view of women. I cannot comprehend how women can be mothers but support abortion. I don't get how women are supposedly the more emotional and kind gender yet they kill their own kids, without a notion of sadness or guilt. It bugs me.

Let me state this from my perspective. Abortion is used as a birth control for the most part. Yes some women get pregnant as a result of rape. Some women face problems during pregnancy, like the baby is dead or severely disabled. In these cases, women are not to blame. They deserve zero shame and it should be left at a private matter. I agree abortion should be legal in those cases. Most people do.

However, the extreme majority of abortions are done for "convenience" reasons. Reasons which are futile. Reasons like, the woman wants to stay in college - her parents could help raise the child or give the baby for adoption or she can just resume college after a year. Second is money. This is a ridiculous reason. Lastly, the biggest reason was that women didn't want to be single parents. My response is this...

If you are unable to deal with the consequences of your actions do not do them. That's why we have a justice system. But for some reason women don't have to play by the rules and can use this 'get out of jail, card'. It's wrong. Abortion should not be used as a birth control and I'm surprised it's still legal. I thought humans were turning away from our barbaric past. I guess not.

In short, a person that cannot face the consequences of their actions is a coward. So do you think these women are cowards?
