It seems when the problems is ours, it's that much bigger, however being the 3rd person look at it, it may not be that big of a deal.

I just met my significant other (SO) a year ago, we moved really fast due to our age ( he's 39 and I'm 30), we both feel secured and ready (i. e. mentally, physically, and financially) to finally start a family.

I've always been a very confident, independent, career driven woman and he-likewise. I have been 2 long term relationships in the past, wheras he has been in several short term relationships (lasting about 4 months long).

We both are living together, and expecting our little girl come June 2016. we are both very happy and excited for parenthood.

This is the hard part, he says is he is in love with me, wants to be my future husband, wants to be a great father to my daughter, yet he continues to give his attention to any random ladies at the super market. When I tell him how it makes me feel, how he does not acknowledge me in those ladies' presences, he tells me that I am "just jealous and it's not like [he is] cheating, have any intention of cheating, or sleeping with them."

I trust that he is not cheating or sleeping around, but it's just these little behaviors that really gets to me. I would appreciate it if you have read this far along, please give me some insights in terms of my feelings, if it's wrong/right to feel this way?
