My work colleague keeps looking around for this guy who comes in. We work in a small grocery store. I don’t talk to her so I can’t ask her why she is looking for him

I know that they had a brief moment where she smiled at him and then she was like always being near him but now she’s nervous every time she sees him

he looks at her and then she leaves her section briefly and walks near him and then goes back but she doesn’t look at him

i caught her today literally turning her head around from the register she was working at like she was looking for the guy in my opinion

question is why would she be doing this when she’s meant to be working?

I used to smile at her because she was staring at me constantly. She looked nervous and anxious so I stopped it all

Her friend was like “oh (her name) isn’t here today” but I don’t know her at all

She used to see me and then stare at me and I looked at her and she made out she was not looking at me.
Then recently I was walking and she was walking right behind me like so close to me that she almost touched me

Now when I saw her I looked at her and she let off a small smile but seemed nervous

I’m really attracted to her even tho I want to try hide it but can anyone let me know what’s going on on her end? Speculate please

She is normally very confident but around this one guy she is very shy and she smiles at him but it is a shy smile. Whenever he is nearby she goes near him but she doesn’t look at him. What causes this?
